Pre-Session Consult
Before a regular session a 15-30 minute pre-session consult is offered at no cost to make sure all of your questions and expectations are addressed. This is also the time that together (in person or over the phone) we can make sure there is a clear understanding of what your goals are from this process. This will help in making your personal session the most efficient and effective at accomplishing what you intend from it.
Personal Session
- A personal guidance session is an individual one on one meeting either in person or over the phone.
- The format is a conversation that addresses the exact issue that you are looking for understanding and clarity about so that you can move through it to a new state of mind and new experience of life.
- Many of these issues will lead to the awareness of other root issues. If these issues are allowed to be uncovered, addressed and looked at from a new perspective, it may also clear up and bring harmony to many other undesired emotional, mental and physical issues.
- A session can go from a minimum of one hour to a maximum of an hour and a half.
- Your answers can be realized in one session or it can take several sessions. It is completely different for each person. Therefore, sessions are booked one at a time.
